Easy2edit offers you a comprehensive ordering system from quotation to invoice and payment reminder. When quotations result in orders all you need to do is change the status. Consequently all orders are identical to the corresponding quotation. Orders can be assigned different statuses, and you can also create purchase orders to your suppliers that are linked to the customer’s sales order. Ultimately, you can convert the order into an invoice. You can call a summary for a customer via the search function which displays the quotations, orders and invoices for the specific customer.
